Christian Educator Certification Program
The Global Christian Schools Network offers the Christian Educator Certification Program. The GCSN Christian Educator Certification Program provides professional certification for qualified educators desiring to pursue a ministry in Christian education. Additionally, teachers who have been trained in secular universities and desire to acquire confidence in biblical instruction are encouraged to seek GCSN certification. All courses are offered online or by correspondence.
This certification is not an attempt to standardize, license, regulate, or control any individual, school, church, organization, or entity. Specifically, the certification of an individual is to assist in benefiting the quality of Christian education. Further, it is meant to provide an individual with a professional credential; to encourage continuing spiritual and educational accomplishments; to provide a valid educational character reference and to benefit the overall public relations aspect of the Christian school ministry. It is NOT meant to replace or diminish the certification program of any state Department of Education. This certification is unique in that it requires not only educational excellence, but also distinctively Christian philosophical elements necessary for a quality Christian education.

Program Structure
All applicants are required to complete the 6 courses listed below. Courses feature theory firmly anchored to practice. Courses in the Christian Educator Certification Program may be completed in any order.

Credentialed clergy may be exempt from this requirement. Please send a copy of your ministerial credentials with your application.
All member institutions are required to certify their Instructors, Teachers, Adjunct Faculty, Professors, and Administrative Staff through the GCSN’s peer-recognized Christian Educator Certificate Program.
Applicants must be affiliated with a GCSN member school or hold a valid individual membership with GCSN.
Cost of Program: $400.00
Annual Christian Educator Certification Fee: $50.00
Individual Membership Fee: $75.00 (For those who are not on staff with a GCSN school)
